No expectations.
Some jobs are really seasonal. Take my tax guy, for instance. He must be kinda bored right now, post-April 15th and all. That got me thinking of other seasonal jobs...and I came up with the perfect business. It's a tax preparation-fireworks-costume-Christmas store shop stand office! You would be rolling in the dough ALL YEAR LONG baby!

I know this is going to come as a shock, but our 7-day trip in Hawaii was fabulous! Let me give you just a few of the highlights:
There are lots of great stories and pictures, but those will have to wait for now. In the meantime, this is a picture of me with the world's best margarita. I love passion fruit!

I have a love for cookbooks, holidays, the DVR, demolition derbies, fainting goats, technology, slap koozies, surprises, the color red, whistling, birthdays, disco, lemonade stands, braces, snow days, lolcats, free stuff, wind chimes, snuggling, coincidences, parades, singing, slip-n-slides, dangly earrings, campfires, new experiences, positive people, breakfast, libraries, arts and crafts, steak, jive-talking, stationary, laughing until you cry, a good sale, rumble strips, champagne, anything open 24 hours per day, baked goods, smiles from strangers, hugs, turtles, IKEA, cheese, holding hands, infomercials, starry nights, nicknames, cheering someone up, family portraits, rain and sleeping in.
